Most items are able to be returned and refunded for store credit.
Damaged and mislabeled items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse but you are able to return items for store credit.

Follow the link below and simply enter your name, customer email, and a message with your order number and details. You'll receive an email within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends/holidays with the next steps.
Shipping for returns?
Original shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once its received by us, you will be notified via the email address listed when the order was placed. Your store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days and sent out via email.
